Warranty and Refunds Policy
This covers issues related to faulty materials or workmanship that affect the performance or durability of the suitcase i.e. zippers that do not close or open, loose or incorrect seams or telescopic handle defect wheels.
Conditions for warranty:
The warranty may cover any defects or issues with the wheels, such as faulty bearings or breaks. If the item falls under this category then it is covered in our 1 year warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
-Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or accidents.
-Damage resulting from unauthorised repair, alteration, or modification of the Product.
-Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic damages.
-Damage caused by transportation or shipping (unless specified in a separate shipping warranty).
-Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or other environmental factors.
-Damage from incorrect use of TSA lock -Weight or volume overload causing seam damage & compartments.
-Loss or theft of the Product.
Returning Goods
Procedure of Claim If a customer's suitcase(s) purchase falls under the above criteria we ask the retailer to follow their OWN return & refund procedure or replacement. Alongside, to send in email with pictures to info@strollaway.co.uk. Upon receipt a member from the team will get in touch and once approved a refund or replacement will be sent to the retailer DIRECTLY (unless discussed otherwise).
PLEASE NOTE StrollAway will not communicate with the customer directly of any issues but instead direct them to the retailer of purchase.
